1. What time do the activities start and what should I wear?
Activity start times vary depending on the excursion. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, swimwear, sun protection, and suitable footwear for water or desert activities.

2. Where should I wait for the pick-up?
Please wait at the entrance of your hotel, at the first security gate—not at the reception. For security reasons, only hotel staff and guests with identification bracelets are allowed beyond this point.

3. Who should I contact when we arrive for pick-up?
There’s no need to notify us upon arrival. Simply be on time at the designated pick-up point. If our team is delayed, it will only be due to other late guests.

4. Can I pay everything in cash on site?
Full payment in cash on the day is not possible. A minimum digital deposit is required to confirm your booking online. The remaining payment can be made upon arrival in Egypt, either in cash or digitally.

5. Can I pay on the day of the excursion in cash?
Excursions must be booked in advance. Same-day bookings, especially for morning excursions, are not possible. Advance booking allows us to plan carefully and ensure a seamless experience.

6. Once booked, what should I do?

A free Sinai visa is issued at the airport for those staying in Sharm el-Sheikh only.

14. Do I need a license to drive in the desert?
No driver’s license is required. Anyone over 15 years old can drive desert vehicles.

15. How does free cancellation work?

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up (excluding air and hotel reservations excursions).
