2. Where should I wait for the pick-up?
Please wait at the entrance of your hotel, at the first security gate—not at the reception. For security reasons, only hotel staff and guests with identification bracelets are allowed beyond this point.
3. Who should I contact when we arrive for pick-up?
There’s no need to notify us upon arrival. Simply be on time at the designated pick-up point. If our team is delayed, it will only be due to other late guests.
4. Can I pay everything in cash on site?
Full payment in cash on the day is not possible. A minimum digital deposit is required to confirm your booking online. The remaining payment can be made upon arrival in Egypt, either in cash or digitally.
5. Can I pay on the day of the excursion in cash?
Excursions must be booked in advance. Same-day bookings, especially for morning excursions, are not possible. Advance booking allows us to plan carefully and ensure a seamless experience.
6. Once booked, what should I do?
After booking, a YOUR TOUR representative will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your chosen dates and finalize the reservation. All communication is traceable for your convenience.

A free Sinai visa is issued at the airport for those staying in Sharm el-Sheikh only.

No driver’s license is required. Anyone over 15 years old can drive desert vehicles.
