Wait at your hotel entrance, at the first security gate (not at reception). Only hotel staff and guests with ID bracelets are allowed beyond this point.
3. Who should I contact when we arrive for pick-up?
No need to contact us. Simply be on time at the designated pick-up point. Delays occur only if other guests are late.
4. Can I pay everything in cash on site?
Full cash payment on the day is not possible. A minimum digital deposit is required online. The remaining balance can be paid in Egypt, cash or digitally.

Excursions must be booked in advance. Same-day bookings, especially for morning excursions, are not possible.
